We have 5 Million pound Public Liability Insurance. Please check with your venue what they require.

A copy of our Insurance Certificate is available upon request.

Our castles are built to BSEN14960 standards. They are also pipa tagged and tested on an annual basis to ensure maximum safety. (please ensure you always check this when booking inflatables)

Terms and Conditions

Upon receiving your booking form, we will then email you back with our bank account details for the £50 booking fee / damage deposit. At this point of booking, this then secures your date and the package you require and is NON REFUNDABLE.  FULL payment is then due no later than 72hrs before your event. Once your event is over, and we have collected our equipment, we will check the equipment is in satisfactory condition and only then will we return your £50 damage deposit. 


  • All our equipment must be used under adult supervision at ALL TIMES. we do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children as we do not stay for the event.

 

  • We will NOT allow our Castle or Soft Play to be hired out to an Event with anything that will cause damage. Eg: face paint, glitter, paints, pens, slime, silly string or streamers.  The white is difficult to clean and it is reflected in our prices, but we try our best to prevent unnecessary stains. If we arrive and there are any of the above, we will not go ahead and you will loose your money. If we have to get the equipment professionally cleaned you will be charged an extra fee.

 

  • Please remove shoes before entering the matted area. Socks must be worn at all times. This includes supervising adults. Heels make holes in our mats!

 

  • We expect our equipment to be treated with respect. we pay a lot of money to get our products made bespoke. Therefore if they are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition you will loose your damage deposit and may incur extra fees if beyond repair or for it to be professionally cleaned.

 

  • Keep food and drinks away- if any food is left on the castle you will lose your damage deposit.
 
 
  • We will not set up our equipment close to an area where food is being cooked, especially on a barbeque.


  • No sharp objects around our equipment including badges or jewellery. Please also be careful if wearing glasses. We do advise to remove them but understand this can be difficult

Bouncy Castles

Our castles are manufactured for child use only. up to height 1.2m approx age 8

children of similar age at any one time to minimise inury, this must be monitored.  The maximum user height and amount of users is clearly labelled on the sides of our castles.

Absolutely no climbing, on the walls or hanging off the cross beam. Not only could this result in injury, but it damages the seams of the castle over time. 

  • Our Bouncy Castle will not be set up outdoors if bad weather is forecast. Please ensure you have a plan B if booking for an outside event. If we have to cancel due to bad weather or winds over 20mph, you will have the option to move your booking to another date.
 
  •  The ground must be dry the day of your event, and must not be freshly mown with excess grass on the ground. 
 
  • If your event is in an indoor venue, please check the measurements and height of the castles will suit your venue space, and that there is a plug nearby. If we need to use an extention lead  (max 20m), please ensure there is a safe place for it to run to avoid any trip hazard.

 

  •  It is important that there is a minimum of 1.5ft either side of the castle, to ensure we can anchor it down properly. It is also important we have 3-4ft at the front and the back of the castle to allow for the blower and safety mats. if we arrive at the venue to unsufficient space you will still be liable for the hire cost.

 

  • The Bouncy Castle requires a flat surface to be set up on. If outdoors MUST be on real grass due to safety and anchoring.  Please ensure the area is free of any sharp edges that could damage the castle, such as slabs, raised flower beds, washing line and that the ground is free of any sharp items or stones. 

 

  • Please ensure there is sufficient room for us to wheel the castle into your venue on its trolley. Even when rolled up she is very large and heavy! We can not go through houses, there must be side access.

 

  • We have the right to refuse set up of our Bouncy Castle if we feel the area if unsafe.

 

  •  Please ensure your venue allows our products.

 

  • Please keep food and drink well away from our Bouncy Castle. If any spillage does occur, the product must be cleaned and dried immediately.


  • It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the castle is clean, and not in use when we are due to collect as we run to a schedule of collections.

 
  • Please check set up times with your venue. Our latest collection is 6:30pm unless otherwise agreed.  Please also ensure their is sufficient parking available for when we are due to collect.

Soft Play

  • Soft Play is strictly for age 5 and under


  • Our Soft Play Equipment will not be set up outdoors unless under cover. You will require a bell tent, iglu, or gazebo with sides if booking our soft play for an outdoor event. We also require the ground to be completely dry the day of, and the day before, as we appreciate children will be in and out of the designated area for the soft play.

 

  • If your event is in an indoor venue, please check you have sufficient spaces. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure if any furniture is required to be moved, that this is carried out before we turn up. we run to a schedule for our set ups.

 

  • We will always set up our equipment in the safest area of your venue taking into account full safety aspects. Equipment MUST NOT be moved. We do take photographic evidence upon set up. 

 

  • Please keep food and drink well away from our Soft Play. If any spillage does occur, the product must be cleaned and dried immediately.

 

  • It is the hirers responsibility to ensure Balls must are collected towards the end of your event, and all be in the ball pit when we come to collect. The equipment must also be clean and in its original state. A fee may incur otherwise.

 

  • We have the right to refuse set up if we feel the area if unsafe.

 

  • Please ensure your venue allows our products

 

  • Please check set up times with your venue. Our latest collection is 6:30pm unless otherwise agreed. Please also ensure their is sufficient parking available for when we are due to collect.

Any failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in you being charged
We do not wish to have to do this so please ensure the rules are followed and adhered to by your guests
