Hey! My name is Kim. I am the proud owner of White Cloud Events Ltd.

I am Mummy to 2 little girls, Sienna and Willow and have an amazing partner, Chris.

We live in Flintshire, North Wales and our favourite things to do are go camping and go on adventures. Wales is such a beautiful place!

When I was planning our youngest Daughter Willow’s Christening, I couldn’t find an aesthetically pleasing Bouncy Castle in my area what so ever! I searched and searched for weeks, even enquiring to companies further afield, way out my catchment area, which I’d have to pay a huge travel fee.

I have a huge obsession for styling Events, and always get compliments on my Children’s Parties I’ve thrown over the years and how OTT I always go. I have also spent a few years as an Events Manager at a big hotel in Oxford when I lived down there before I moved back to Wales and had my girls.

For days and days I had thoughts to myself of buying a Castle and setting up business myself, but thought I’d never be able to do it, so I kept my crazy idea to myself. After a week or so, I put the idea to my Partner Chris and he immediately got excited and told me to go for it! We put lots of ideas together and got really excited!

…And so White Cloud Events Ltd was born!

I honestly have so many dreams and ideas of what I want White Cloud Events to become.

I named my company White Cloud Events Ltd with inspiration from my main product, my beautifully sleek and classy all white Bouncy Castle with turrets. I imagined it to be a big fluffy cloud, that you’re jumping on, within your magical dreams.

I really want to build my business around this concept and create truly memorable events for all your special occasions, whether it be a Christening, Birthday Party, Wedding, Tea Party, Charity Event, Easter Party or just a summers day of fun! Whatever the event, I would love to help!

There are so many pages of this book yet to be written, and I am so so excited to start this journey. To meet other likeminded business owners, meet my lovely cutomers, to grow my business, and make new friends.

Fast forward 2 years and what a whirlwind it has been!

Well and truly a ‘neh neh’ moment to all my friends and family who thought I was mental hiring out white equipment. Just look at the market now…it’s huge!

WCE has gone from strength to strength, building up organically to what we are today and I’m super proud of that.

We have held super successful seasonal events and stay and play sessions and will continue to expand on that this year.

The goal, Almost from day 1 (Boujee Barn I blame you) was to work towards having a venue I can call my own. A blank canvas to create truly show stopping events for your special occasions. It’s extremely difficult to find a venue that ticks all the boxes, especially that’s bright and aesthetically pleasing…which is what you want when hiring our equipment. Those dreaded colourful carpets and curtains in village halls are not our vibe!

Therefore the goal for this year, or maybe next…is to find that needle in the haystack and find our dream venue.
